About Stuart Frost
Stuart is a full member of the Hypnotherapy Society and a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. He is a graduate of the International College of Eclectic Therapies (ICET) in London where he gained Diplomas in analytical and clinical hypnotherapy. He works to the Codes of Conduct of the organisations of which he is an accredited member. His training qualifies him to work with clients who suffer from emotional or psychological problems, psychosomatic ailments or functional disorders.
He works with clients needing help with any of the issues listed on the left menu, specialising in working with adult victims of abuse in childhood, those who want to change unsuccessful patterns in their lives and those who seek help requiring the use of analytical hypnotherapy. Stuart has received special training in this work and has a great deal of experience, working gently and empathetically with his clients. He uses the principle that abuse in childhood can devastate a life whether it is extreme in its nature or seemingly mild.
The demand for help to quit smoking has grown in recent years. Stuart has developed a single-session smoking cessation that works for most people and at a moderate cost.
Stuart worked for many years as a senior manager in commerce. He saw the waste of resources and other problems caused by negative stress in the workplace. This experience and his subsequent training equipped him to assist in improving the management of stress effectively and for the mutual benefit of individuals and the business.
