Analytical Hypnotherapy

Analytical hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis as a vehicle for the application of psychotherapeutic principles in the treatment of clients.

Psychotherapy is based on the principle of cause and effect. When combined with hypnosis, it is probably one of the most powerful forms of personal therapy available today. It is effective for deep-seated emotional problems that can result in debilitating and life-crippling symptoms. It is used when the cause of a psychological problem is deeply rooted in the unconscious mind and needs to be permanently resolved. Once identified and worked through, the real cause of the symptoms loses its power to fuel them.

Negative experiences in childhood, whether mild or severe, may have lasting and devastating effects on adult lives. Whilst clinical hypnotherapy can be very effective in dealing with less deep-rooted issues, analytical hypnotherapy is suited to the treatment of the more difficult and complex ones.

Stuart will always recommend the course of action most appropriate to each client.
