What is Hypnosis?
It is a completely natural state, often likened to a pleasant, deeply relaxed feeling in which one remains fully aware and in control.
If you practice meditation or yoga or use relaxation exercises you will probably already be familiar with the hypnotic feeling.
There is no question of the client being controlled or manipulated. You cannot be made to do or say anything that is against your will, beliefs or ethics - and you can leave the hypnotic state at any time you wish. Hypnosis is a perfectly safe tool used by trained and qualified hypnotherapists to allow the client's unconscious mind to focus on resolving emotional problems. The client's own imagination and will power helps to bring about the changes that he or she wants in order to live the happy and contented life he or she chooses.
